These chaps are the Opencart gurus! They installed a shop for us in 2013 with a lot of modifications. They updated and expanded it and the surrounding website again this year with the newer version, including SSL, adding more features along the way. I am about to have them do another website too. Anything above and beyond the software and add ons that is not readily available they can write from scratch. If you have worked with any of the 'overseas' developers who are reliant on other people's mods working (that usually don't) and ended up banging your head against the wall, working with these chaps will be like a breath of fresh air. Personally, I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
